We had an emergency and Nick was there in less than an hour and helped us resolve the problem we had. He was professional and quick to diagnose what was wrong. We offer a 10% military discount. We also have a rewards program that would offer discounts for points accumulated and earned.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM until 4:30 PM. We offer 24/7 emergency service however and have a mechanic on call should you have any problems that arise outside of our office hours.
We do not. Our estimates are $95, however, if you do choose our company within 30 days of the provided estimate, the money does come off your total so you would be reimbursed. There are some "set pricing" jobs that we would be able to provide a quote for that would not require the estimate fee... i.e. toilet replacement, water heater replacement etc.
