I surrendered my cat to them because she had needed emergency surgery for a breach birth. I couldn't afford to pay for her surgery. They understood my decision & knew it was painful to do it. They were comforting & compassionate. They even called to inform me that she was adopted into a loving home which put me at great ease
Yea she is right you would be surrendering the dog to them. He will be taken care of well. I got my dog from there 2 years ago. Good luck!
I don't work for them but the answer is yes they would take your puppy. There are just forms to fill out when you drop him off.
