I have been in my 2 bedroom unit for almost 2 years now. Quiet community, good management and maintenance crew! I don't know about the other units but my unit has been renovated and I have heard from management that they are working on renovating the other units. Nice convenient location! Low crime community.

First and foremost I only gave it one star.because the apartments are conveniently close to a lot store easy access to highway. But as far as the complex. Horrible they don’t fix things in a timely manner. The woman at the office is never there.there is something always going on over here.it is stray dogs freely running around.this place has been own by three different companies. Since I’ve been here. This short period time.I first moved here said black appliances in units. Nothing is updated not even the smell in the units.these apartments are over priced. For them to not be updated or have amenities…it’s a mess…think hard and do your research before moving over here. These people don’t care. They just your money.

I lived in this property 6 years they changed management several times. No they did not remodel apartments. They do have mold in units which was reported nothing was done. There are roaches in the units and man does spray they eventually do leave after 10 times spraying unit. Also Crown bay management cannot be a real company the mailboxes are broken, the washhouse is dirty. Shannon Wilson never answers the phone and nothing is never done. Don t waste your money or time moving there.

Cascade Oaks is an apartment community. If you're looking for a town home, we do have 2-BR town homes at a community about 5 miles away called Bent Creek Colony located at 2039 Bent Creek Way SW, Atlanta, GA 30311.

No they don't Only places accepting section 8 in Atlanta or surrounding areas of Atlanta are slums, old apartments and apartments you're going to expect Bad neighbors making loud noise, playing loud music, kids running around and neighbors who don't respect they neighbors

We have another property fairly close by called Bent Creek Colony with a 1-BR available for $670 plus $70 for water AND gas. (So you have no heat, cooking or hot water bill.)
