Unfortunately this place isn't even worth considering. Everything is extraordinarily overpriced, they don't really have a large selection of anything but balloons which were insanely priced. 10 paper plates were $14. A pack of 20 napkins were $5. A single baseball balloon $6. They didn't even have a balloon for a boys first birthday, just girls. Save your money.

This place is a joke. Myrtle Beach needs a party city. Party Heroes is a Zero. The prices aren’t on the items and they don’t have prices above the items on the shelves. It’s my fault because I was rushing and didn’t check on prices. I go back to return items (daughter changed her mind on theme for party) they don’t accept returns (you get store credit) and they only give you store credit for certain items. I have 20 pink plates that were $13.99! Again, my fault for not checking but charging that much for paper plates is insane!!! Now I know why they don’t have prices above their items in the store or on the item itself, they’re scamming you! I will, never, ever shop at this store again. Order on Amazon, but a helium tank at Walmart and save yourself the headache. And I’m sure the owner will reply with “the return policy is posted”. They’re banking on you not reading the return policy and not asking what each item costs as they ring up.

Everyone is so sweet and nice there but I was SO disappointed with my balloon order today. I placed an order for only eight balloons, the price was staggering - I actually though the cashier made a mistake at first..... When we picked them up, they didn't even feel full. Like maybe they were filled last night? We picked them up at 1pm and by 7pm they were deflated. It was a huge waste of money. I will stick to Dollar Tree from now on. 😔
