I have lived at Ford Factorty Lofts for 8 years, and am leaving this weekend after purchasing a condo. I have really enjoyed the apartment, and my time spent here. The apartment itself has a great feel - I especially love the big industrial windows and high ceilings. The community is great - I've made several friends during my time here who will likely be friends for life. The property management office has been great to work with - it took a little while for Lindsay and I to trust each other, but she has been incredibly helpful to me several times over the years. Christine has also been very helpful and is a pleasure to work with. My view is amazing - I overlook the beltline and I will miss this most of all. The hustle and bustle of the beltline on the weekends makes the place feel alive - it's what city living is all about. This place has a unique feel to it, unlike all the new apartments going up, which all look the same and really offer nothing interesting. I'll miss Ford Factory, but it's been a great 8 years!

I have been a resident of Ford Factory Lofts for awhile now. They have always been attentive to my residency. This is a great location and a place I, for the 1st time since I've lived in Georgia, can call home.

Ford Factory Lofts is a great place! Great location. Everyone who works there is very nice, professional, and attentive. Christine in particular is an absolute sweetheart! Shout out to Eddie and Wendell as well.
