I pulled into here bc I had a flat tire and ended up with a dislocated shoulder fighting off 3 dudes with masks who jumped me. Was so shaken up I drove all the way to Athens to go to the hospital and they put me to sleep to put my shoulder back in. This was March of 2019 I'm sure it's even worse now

I just want people to be honest with reviews, the gates are repaired every other week, it’s the residents and their families/friends that run their cars through them and break them the same day they are repaired. There are guys on site picking up trash alllll day because the residents allow their kids to place trash all over the community. Maintenance can’t work on your apartments because they are constantly monitoring the trash disposal area where tenants put trash down in front or on the side of the disposal instead of inside. This community is lacking not because of the staff, but because of who the staff thought were individuals in need if a place to stay and they didn’t judge your look or situation. Shay is the most understanding individual ever and helpful. There’s people she could’ve been kicked out but feeling sorry for people and their situations are actually hurting the community because her heart is good. Your neighbors are the problem not the staff.

The whole process was online, even the apartment tour. The communication with jasmine was great and all the documents were easy to collect. Them unit I was given is in an excellent location and in a very quite area and there is always parking available. The only thing I have had issues with so far is with the apartment cleaning. I was told the apartment was under rework and that I will be given a clean and ready to move in apartment, however when I came in there were roaches everywhere, the washer was spelling water everywhere except inside it, and I noticed two leaks around the house. So far is been 2 weeks and management has taken care of some of the issues I presented except the leaks. Something to point out is that they say the entire place is gated, and it is, but the main gate is wide open all day and night so there is not point of gating everything if anyone can get in as they please and garbage management needs serious changes. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings.
