The office manager is not nice.she does not understand peoples problems and she is a very disrespectful person and they don’t accept rent assistance.I just renewed my lease my rent went up for 3 bathrooms. $1800.00 and they are not friendly they just want the peoples money and they don’t care about people that’s all.

Very bad experience. We never had that before. Management so rude. We applied for appartment first of all one of the lady we met in the office told us we don't need to pay $ 100 for application if you are legally married and she was so nice. After 1week we went to the office and they said no you will have to pay $100. We applied but now the manager called and said she need other information, my husband tried to explained she hang up on him. That was very unprofessional.

Flooding flooding flooding and more flooding. Its ashame because they are very nice apartments in a convenient area. But the apartment has serious plumbing issues that it seems like corporate REFUSES to fix. At this point any resident of this complex should report the complex to code enforcement so they can be properly charged till these issues are fixed. Apartments are flooding with FECES and URINE from other apartments. Bugs that feed on bodily waste are entering the apts. The office staff will not compensate for damages lost and renters insurance do not cover it. The plumbing company that comes shows hours later when damage has been done. I flooded 4 times just this year alone and my carpet had not been replaced. They patch and cover up the serious issues and move on. Let's not start on the trash constantly overflowing into the street you can barely drive by. It's not hygienic at all. You guys want your (sky high) rent monthly. so it's your duty to ensure your tenants health and belongings are kept in pristine condition on top of that your property as owners. Other than that its quiet and I feel safe, but that's about it.

Yes, you are allowed to paint the walls to make the apartment more of your home. Just remember when you move out, you must return the apartment to the original colors. If the walls have to be restored to the original color by our staff once you move out, you will be charged a fee.
Georgia Fire Safety code prohibits grilling on the balcony. You are allowed to grill 10 ft from the building. We have grills conveniently located throughout the property, including a state-of-the-art grill located poolside.
We offer a 12 month lease agreement.
We require that you make 3 times the annual rental rate in gross income. Co-signers are allowed as long as they meet they are approved as an applicant would be.
Utilities are not included. Water/Sewer/Trash is in addition to the rent and it changes from month to month based on property usage and apartment occupancy. For more details on how this amount is determined feel free to give us a call.
