Great place. Barbara and Kim at the front desk are friendly, courteous and professional. Sparkling clean pool, beautiful green grass and pine trees in the community areas. Quiet. Peaceful. Love it.

Whatever you do, DON’T MOVE IN THERE!!! The office people are lying, cheating, antagonistic, instigating and Barbara is absolutely a terrible manager. They still owe us our deposit and we’ve been gone for about 6 weeks. I’ve called the company owners Silverking Company in which the lady in the office would not talk to us. She hung up on my husband when he asked to talk to the owner and asked for her name. They are terrible. The manager lies and tells people it’s the cheapest RV/mobile home park in town, another Blayton lie! I’m telling you, DON’T DO IT, you’ll totally regret it. When we moved in, in March, it was a nice place. We were gone for 3 weeks in June and came back July 2nd, to the new owners Silverking Co, and to so many changes and not good changes at all. They still have not returned our calls or answered our emails. Terrible company!
Dont move here its awful you will regret it
I dont blame you, the manager here is so rude and disrespectful.
No. The current policy is "40 pounds or less"
Far as I know yes. I don't have the lot #s but you can call the Office and they will give you that info.
The lot fees are 530 a month for a double wide not sure on a single wide I think 470 just covers your space that's it.
You should call the owners of the park, they can answer all your questions.
My suggestion is to call them and ask since I'm not sure right off hand
The lot fee covers the lot. There is a weight limit on dogs. You pay all utilities, pet fee is $5 00 per pet. There is one pool, one laundry area. No planned activities . There is also the club house which you can rent. One small dog park.
I think so i have a 34 ft rv rent winter is 465 a month
I don't know what it is my suggestion is to call them and ask
But call and find out what they have available plus new owners took over the park and there's alot of chances I'm just saying since I live there now.
New company owns Tempe Cascade, Silver King from Scottsdale. New manager is Barbara Turner. Lot price increase for 2019 is jumped up to $565 (highest increase jump in past 10 years) plus utilities, taxes, trash, water and sewer all in one bill due in full no later than the 6th or there is a $30 late fee plus $5 additional per day plus interest. Family park, Not all the grown kids are friendly or nice.
Tempe Cascades does not have any rentals. It is owner owned only. However, purchasing is entirely affordable.
They don't sell the lots, they rent them. There are mobile homes for sale on the lots but you pay rent monthly along with taxes and everything else.
Go into the front office they have a list. There are some in the park i knowof. 2 on idaho.
Why does everyone have different prices? I've been here for several years. It just went from 535 to 565 for a double wide. What the hell is going on in this place
RVs don't pay as much for the lot rent as do the mobile homes.
