Went here, (after a long drive suggested by an UPS Store), to get a "next day air" box. The clerk's response when I asked for a box, "We don't give out boxes." What a waste of time and gas. Never had trouble with UPS, in fact, I am a fan. It must be an AZ thing. Weird.

Terrible customer service. If you call, a bot will waste your time, insult you, then hang up on you. Edit: Ha Ha, UPS posted a copypasta response. Dear UPS, your system is terrible on purpose because it's expensive to help customers. This is intentional and it will not change, so you just go keep on sucking and I'll keep on writing bad reviews.

Paid 5.99 for them to hold my package and in the agreement it advised I would be called within 60 minutes to let me know where I can pick it up. I know they were closed and I was expecting a call the next morning. The next day no call and 0 clue where my package is it would not tell me with the tracking # and looking online it would advise me to call. When you call its a robot and they do not provide the address either all in all it was a waste of $5.99 that I paid for them to KIDNAP my package.

I would have this review negative stars if i could. I have never experienced anything like I did today from UPS with any other shipping company. A package was to be delivered today. I check the tracking information and it shows that an attempt to deliver was made. This is a lie because I was at home all day specifically to get the package. I reach out to customer service and confirm my address that matched the one the delivery driver had. I am now being told that it will be delivered the next day, which is irritating because I needed it today and won't be available to pick up tomorrow. They gave me the contact info for this local UPS Customer Center to see if I could pick it up today. They couldn't be anymore useless in the process and told me to call customer service. EVEN though the package shipped and is processed from this location. Last time I ever ship with UPS.
