Not sure if the Open Caption mivies would bither people in general, but I am somewhat hard of hearing, and I would enjoy having the Open Caption movies, there. Quite often, I use the headphones (for hard of hearing), but I have never used the Caption Goggles. (Not sure if I'd like those, or not, but glad that they have options available.)

I looked at Google where it shows all their showtimes and it won't be showing it this week it doesn't look like. I'm not sure how soon but I would think it would be there in the next month maybe? Keeping Googling "Pollack Cinemas Tempe" and select view more showtimes and dates and it will show you the schedule for each week.

For $3.50 you can experience the seating! It's a great theater, not usually too crowded. So if Magic Johnson sits in front of you you can just scoot over a couple of seats.
