All of the 4-5 star reviews are only from people who've toured, but do not actually live here. Ive been here for not even a month and I regret it. The fire alarms constantly go off in the middle of the night and during the day, and the leasing team is quite useless as they say there are not cameras to see who is pulling them and making them go off. This alone would have kept me from signing a lease here if I had known it was an ongoing issue. Additionally, the entirety of the leasing process started smooth but ended up being a pain because our move in date got pushed back twice because they were installing new carpet into the bedrooms and that job was done poorly as there are pulls all around the baseboards, it just looks like a cheaply done job. The apartment is spacious, but was not cleaned thoroughly before move in and was extremely dusty, and my bathtub drain was NOT cleaned. It had a large amount of hair stuck in it and for the first 3 weeks I was here the tub wouldn't drain and so there would be dirty water filling up when I was showering. Hopefully in the future I can edit this and make it more positive considering I have not even lived here for a month.

In early September this year I was looking for a place to live.. and needed it quickly! I just got a job and was searching for a nice place to live - Im in my early 20s - so a place with nice amenities, in a safe area, and close to work were my top priorities. I stumbled across Marquis and it was so beautiful! It hit many boxes... but I ended up going with SkyLine West - another property of CWS. My wonderful experience finding my now apartment would not have been possible without Miss Nesha Rowe!!! What an amazing lady.. She showed me around Marquis(which is beautiful) but asked what I was hesitant about - I love a good view and told her I would love to see the city from my apartment. She immediately connected me to someone from Skyline West and that is where I have ended up.... but I am telling you I almost chose Marquis because of Nesha and how wonderful she was!!!! She made me feel at home. Thank you Nesha for being one of the first friendly faces I encountered in Atlanta! I wish Nesha was working at Skyline West because SHE IS DYNAMIC! CWS is lucky to have her.

Update: Fire Alarm goes off EVERY night. Your children with be terrified every night by this ear piercing sound. Do not come here if you plan to get some sleep. Apparently the cameras do not work either so it is not safe either. Oh and if you live beneath someone, water will come from every hole in your ceiling periodically in large amounts. I cannot WAIT until my lease is up! We made a terrible mistake trusting those reviews. They are only for tours. Don’t be fooled. Today is 10/6/22 for reference.
