This lady is rude and unprofessional business woman. DO NOT waste your time and money going to her. I had been waiting for my fingerprints background check to be clear for 3 weeks. She is happy to charge for a service that she doesn't provide. Now, I have to go back to do it again or get my money back. Unfortunately I will have to go see her face again😠😠.

Don't waste your time and money trying to get a live scan here. Completely inept. My live scan couldn't be processed because she hadn't included the the fingerprints. I wouldn't trust her to try again if she did it for free.

Most live scan forms has a "Mail Code". which represents an electronic mail box set up by the Requesting Agency. This means that the "Custodian of Records" for that particular Agency logs in to a DOJ website with a unique password and retrieve the background check report, which is usually between 1-5 days. If a live scan form does not have a "Mail Code", this means that the background check report will be mailed to the Requesting Agency, which could take at least 5 to 10 business days for receipt of the report.
The price of a live scan depends on the California Department of Justice and FBI fees. My rolling fee is a standard $20.00
