You cannot contact them unless it is banking hours. Even though they provide a 24/7 service.
Welcome to the reason they whisper , You cant get ahold of them , and they already know your internet is out . Monday morning when you finally get through to them . They will run you through a series of test for nothing more than to reset your internet on their end . The longer you are a customer with them the worse it gets . Our is slower than dial up 95% of the time . And they will blame it on your router constantly . Whisper is what they do while they are playing games on the phone , waiting on you to do their diagnostic work for nothing more than them to reset their end and pick your speed back up for a few hours . Sorry for this rude comment , But It is the truth
