My mom had issues with her internet. She bought a new router and somehow it still wasn’t working. She called whisper and they sent a tech out and one of the cords had to be replaced. They also corrected where we had the router plugged up wrong. Most people may not know this, but they have a new owner and are trying their best to improve the bad name the previous owners made for the company.
