A girl named English tried to help me.. after about 30 minutes and entering my ssn multiple times she was unable to login to my account or at least she said. Therefore not helping at all and saying she didn’t know what was going on???

Xfinity company offers horrible high priced plans for something that should be fast and cheap or nothing at all. In order to have true unlimited plan you need to have a business account which costs way too much. The price options and limitations on the Internet Plans hinder, restrict, and limit humans and ai to learn and live their lives in comfort and freedom. Which overall creates a segregated business model, by limiting PEOPLE open information. I feel it is also a false advertising with the use of the term “UNLIMITED”. Supporting this type of business and or employees is very hurtful to overall society and information for all. I would avoid at all cost. . .

I showed up around noon on the march 3rd. My salesperson Jason was friendly and professional. He made my experience enjoyable even though the store was very busy and had a 20 min wait time. He also saved me money and upsold me a security camera system that I'm extremely pleased with. He also helped handle a situation with an unruly customer someone else was helping with the utmost respect and professionalism.

Theres no solid way to answer that withour more information. Could be the remote, could be the box. First thing is to make sure your remote has new batteries in it. If it does then try going to the store and getting a new remote. They can make sure you have the right one. If neither of those work then you'll need a tech out to see what the problem is.

Yes. I made an appointment on line. You may be able to walk in. They have plexiglass up and all wear masks. I made an appointment on line and walked out 30 minutes later with everything I needed.
No you do not. They are open. Just remember your mask. Go in and let them know you need to return equipment, and they will take care of you. Remember to bring all equipment that you want to return.

If you mean turning off a sound system or tv, go onlibe and there should be easy to follow steps to setting up the Xfinity remote to turn other stufd on and off. As for vcrs, dvd players, etc. The Xfinity remote does not work with those. They only work with devices that directly link to the tv box.
