I have to start by saying that I had a really tough experience adding a second line to my account. I spent around 6 hours over a week with more than 8 phone calls. So why am I providing 5 stars? I FINALLY got smart and went to the East Rochester store. Dylan Eden went above and beyond to help me untangle the mess that call in support had made. He stayed after work hours when he had plans and worked with his team to get things right. My lesson- use the Spectrum stores - not the call in support. That and seek out Dylan for the best service.

Trying to get a new phone, went there twice, after their shipment came in. Not have the phone I was looking for, very popular, should be well stocked but it's not. Was told I was going to receive a phone call which I did not. They ordered it in and the third time I went in after the shipment came in, can you guess? It didn't come in. They said they can ship it to me but it has to be shipped to the same address as my account. I always have things shipped to work so I know I receive them. Ever since I took on spectrum, I've been told lie after lie, by the employees at this location, for my mobile internet and cable.

Have you checked online?? If you call, there might be a directory to call them directly..
The former tenant is suppose to return their equipment, and I'd call and make a appointment with Spectrum the day you move in to have your service hooked right there and then..
Not sure they might you would be better off to call first.
Yes they do and they were really friendly and helpful when I was there in june
The local number puts you into a nationwide que, the first available representative takes your call.
