The only thing worse than their internet service is their tech service. We currently have 0 signal again and we’re told they were 6 days out from getting us a tech to help us. When I told them that was unsatisfactory, I was told that nobody else’s has a problem with that. Apparently I’m unreasonable. By the way I had to borrow someone else’s internet to post this and I’m looking for a new service.

My internet goes down daily!! I have spend all evening trying to get ahold of the 24/7 tech support team that I used to advertise for them when I was a tech. I am trying to run several businesses out of my house, it is extremely difficult when my internet has so many problems!!! They have sent several techs out and I still have the same problems!!

I have to restart the router several times a day. Was promised a consistent 20mps download speed for 89 a month, can't anything higher than 8. For 89 a month? Complete trash. Save your money and hopefully I can get out of this contract

The support staff took good care of my situation and the technician did a complete repair (we have had Safelink service for years and our equipment was old).
