They couldn't remember who my dog was after the heart worm test, twice they gave her results to someone else in the waiting area. They wouldn't return phone calls to the pharmacy so I couldn't fill my dog's prescription, nor would they return my many phone calls. I will not use them again.

Office manager called me in to a back room to chastise me like a school child in a principals office because i made the original post. I took this post down but now its back because i will be leaving the clinic and reposting so maybe she wont do this again. No grown person should be talked to like this for leaving a truthful review, i even explained it was taken down but she pushed so its back.. I specifically asked for a quote because money was tight for this month and i needed to be careful... i was told my cost would be a around 200, and i made sure again before procedures were done because money was tight, then went to check out was almost was over 350 dollars, normally.wouldnt have been an issue but this month it was. They said they couldnt do anything about it and all money had to be paid then not when i brought back samples. Then i was asked to wait to bring in both samples at same time and when i brought them in they told me i was going to have to pay an additional 66.00 more for one dogs urine sample and pay 175 again for other dog because it took too long after i was instructed to wait to bring in both samples fot when my one dog had urine in blood, they did wave the 175.00 but not the 66.00. I was then called into a back room so the office manager could address me and about posting a review. I explained i was upset because their extra costs really hurt me financially that month but I had taken the post down because i dont normally post and it could have been a miscommunication at just a poor time but after being yelled at by clinic manager i am putting it back and moving dogs elsewhere. Dr. k is a great vet and does truly care for animals but I hope you never meet his billing manager.
