This is my go to bank. Never had issues. Apparently they have changed the hours of their locations fairly recently. So if you work all day weekdays and can't make before 12pm that's on you. Hours on the door don't reflect hours online yet either .

Their ATM is always out of cash. I hate walking into this branch because of the inexperienced tellers like they got hired after completing ESL class. Long lines Always! Loud music always playing in Spanish no less! It’s a Tijuana bank atmosphere basically with inexperienced personnel a low budget second class branch!

I walked in yesterday with a check to cash at closing time. I received superb customer service from teller Marilyn. She is a great attribute to the branch in Genesis shopping center square on Broadway in chula vista. Thank you for your awesome service Marylin.

This is the only Wells Fargo Branch that has their Merchant Business Lane closed. I've never had this issue at any other Wells Fargo. The customer line is always backed up and not enough tellers on customer side. And no Teller available on the Merchant Business side. They are either short staffed all the time or do not want to open the Merchant Business Lane due to losing a Teller in the customer lanes. Should not take over 30mins to make a deposit . I will not come back here unless Upper Management fixes this issue. I would not recommend this location since it's on a busy main street, Broadway, and not enough Bank Tellers.
