No kiosk like most locations. Staff did not waive check cashing fee like the Kiosk would have.

I'm trying to deposit $20 from my Direct Express Card account to Union Bank on 8th Street. At the end it says you have successfully transferred this amount and then a few minutes later it bounces I get re credited for $20 and Union Bank gets zero??
