I went to this bank few days ago to make a transaction 2 tellers 1 is busy the other doing nothing she saw me, didn’t called me, she finally call me, then I’m in front of a very very rude lady her name is Karen Quezada, she has no clue what is customer service, very unfriendly of course she said the system denied my request that always happens with rude employees of any business, I left I call costumer service they said my account does not have any problems or restrictions, I return to the bank, the other lady helped me vey friendly and efficient service, she took care of my transaction very quick I’m sorry I can’t remember her name.

During this covid 19 outbreak. Every business has rules & guidelines to follow. This Citibank has done an excellent job. This staff remains courteous and friendly !!!

Woman name Yvette is super rude ! I don't understand how she got the job... I wanted to pay an overdraft fee and instead she said I have to do an money order and that u do t pay over draft fees thier I'm never coming here again. ...I'm going to call the manager on her ... So disrespectful.. she's the one close to the entrance and is tall and pregnant... such a rude service

I love Citibank being a person that transitions back and forth from and to Mexico this bank allows you to withdraw money there free of charge. Self serve ATM and to wherever I have been staff is always well trained and are super friendly and willing to help no matter what.
