They called me at 7:00 a.m. to notify me that there was a fraud alert on my debit card. Being a senior on a fixed income this was very important to me as I could not afford to have been robbed. I was so ecstatic that I called and commended the people at the fraud division. Granted it was only a $28 charge but it could have been worse. It could have continued and I would have been wiped out. I appreciate Chase Bank their integrity not to mention their ability/awareness to recognize immediately that was not a transaction I would make. It never dawned on me to protect my debit card but obviously Chase had my back. I ordered IDX protection for my many ccards but my debit card wasn't included. Terrific job well done. Was harrassed by one of staff at 9 am over phone from private number I hung up 2x chewed them out the 3rd time cause I don't even bank with you guys my name isn't Arturo

Yes close at 5
They are open on Saturdays but close early (either 1:00 or 2:00, I think).
I have had to go through the sign in part of the bank and was received courteously and issues resolved...that sucks they didn't do same for you
I needed just my driver's license and I guessing any amount will do for opening a account, although there's a monthly service charge of around 5$
