If you’re looking for an eBike Juiced Bikes is the place. Great Bikes but most important GREAT customer service. I have a number of different bikes but my NEW RIP CURRENT S is my favorite.

They do right by the customer. I had an issue with a part of the bike that was defective. They sent out a replacement item. Then I had to go to another repair shop that was different than the original quote and used cash instead of card. They honored the receipt and the mobile repair service that got the job done for my commuter RipCurrent over the weekend versus me leaving it at the original shop for days in a queue for repair and without a mode of transportation. I’m almost to 1000 miles on my bike in mostly throttle only mode. I’ve had no issues with it flat out not working at any point. It was just the torque sensor that needed to be replaced. This bike is a great deal for the price and it’s very solidly built. Also the puncture resistant tires are nice for here in Seattle because for some reason our streets are often covered in broken glass. Five stars is because they do what’s right and sell an great bike for the price point. Someday I hope they make a solid state battery version of the battery I’ve got on my bike because that future tech shows a lot of promise. But for now the current battery tech suffices and in my experience if you want to take a nice weekend cruise at like 10-13MPH on a bike path you can do that in all electric mode and get home no problem on the entry level 52 volt battery. I’m excited for the future of this company! Update: my bike has had some issues with the throttle but I spoke with Andrew and they helped me out with a little something towards my next bike. The 13ah battery for the base Ripcurrent isn’t that great and I’ll likely be switching to a HyperScrambler 2 with the 2 19.2ah batteries for good range. I do a lot of travel in Seattle which has a lot of hills so the extra power is needed.

These guys are awesome! Customer service (Conrad) was a great experience. I have two Juiced bikes (RipRacer) (HyperScorpion) the build quality is top notch, and performance is insane. So much fun to ride! Two thumbs up from me!

I was very happy with my Juiced ebike for quite a while, but the battery has started not charging, even though there is less than 1k miles on it. While that would not be too big of a problem, as maintenance issues do happen and I'm happy to resolve / repair as needed, my main concern is that the company has the worst, most non-responsive, least helpful, and all around terrible service that I've ever experienced. Imagine a car dealer mixed with an online phishing scam and that's how I feel as a customer right now. After numerous calls with their technical support department where they gave me a variety of differing instructions, had me go find and use a voltmeter (which the readings never got used at all), none of their reset steps had any effect. This was about two-three weeks of troubleshooting that was pointless as the battery was performing perfectly fine besides not charging. Then when they finally agreed to ship me a replacement charger, which I asked for on my first call three weeks prior, they charged me for the charger and then never shipped it. Currently it has now been over two weeks since I paid the $55 for the replacement charger and they haven't shipped it. I called earlier this week to see why they haven't shipped it timely. They said typically shipments happen within three days or less and said it will be shipped in the next day or so. Next day or so? If you didn't ship it anytime in the last two weeks and you didn't ship it after I followed up how can I expect to ever get this charger that I've paid for? As of now, my bike is still not functional and I haven't heard back or gotten any tracking information for my charger. I look forward to seeing how this is resolved and hopefully getting this bike back to working or buying something from Radpower or another competitor in the near future.

At this time we are a direct to consumer sales model only, so we do not allow a purchase at our office. However you can schedule a test ride via our website and if you call into our support team we can arrange for a local pickup of your bike once the purchase has been made.

At least once a year we do a warehouse sale. These bikes are demos and new bikes with small blemishes on them. We advertise this sale on our website, social media and via our email subscription list.
