Coming here it's always a quick and painless experience for anything I need. The Reps here are very knowledgeable and friendly. The lounge is clean, comfortable and well organized. The best part of Google Fiber is no data limits! Thank you for not forcing data caps on people. Cox Communications if you're reading this I hope Google Fiber destroys your monopoly. Good riddance.

In and out in 8 minutes to return my device. Awesome service and great staff, cute little infographic to look at while you wait. Loved having Google Fiber. My only complaint was that it was slightly annoying to start the return via live chat but even that really was quick and effective.

I've been with Google Fiber for several years now. Rarely any issues. On the couple of situations where I had an issue Google Fiber resolved it quickly and always to my satisfaction. I was with Google Fibers greatest competitor, before I moved to Google Fiber. I won't say a name but it starts with Spect. It's not even close. Quality of service, customer support, billing practice etc... Google Fiber is definitely the better,

HORRIBLE experience. Staff was talking about my account and me to each other instead of actually helping me. Couldn’t find my account. Wouldn’t accept my return of my device. Told me to pawn my device or try to sell it to regain the amount Google charged my account. When I asked if there was a customer service number I could call they both just looked at me and said nothing. When I try calling Google Fiber customer service it won’t let me past the robot because it doesn’t recognize the number I am calling from so I cannot talk to an actual person. I tried reaching out via email and they just told me I could attempt to turn my device into a store. I honestly liked Google Fiber, but moved to an area where it was not offered so I had to cancel my account. When you are no longer a current customer they do not care.

Nope, although google owns YouTube there is no discount.
https://support.google.com/fiber/answer/6349491?hl=en IS the page on The gigabit communities. Not sure if there's a listing of locations, but you can call, chat, or visit to talk to representatives.
No, you don't get free internet thru Google Fiber, in public housing. You are charged.
Thanks for the tip. But it's more than having to lug yet "another" bad box back to a different State over & over. It's about a dangerous devises they take back, with a smile on their face and hand the same devise back to you, that's been checked over how many times? No options available, Sad.
I can for a fee
It does, but I like going a la cart, picking the sports things I like is cheaper for me.
I don't think you can contact the store directly. If you call customer support, they're super helpful and I've never waited to talk to a person.
I would suggest just calling ahead to ask.
Maybe able to pay in person with cash @ google fiber space on westport road

No, the equipment is a free rental. You should still return the kit to avoid being charged for lost equipment.

Oh no. Stay safe. Is there a number you can call?
Have you reset your network box?
It's back now
Go down to the Google fiber location. There is a location located in Kansas city.
No drop box. They are open 7 days per week.
No, they dont handle google voice at all. Just fiber internet and tv.
