Google fiber cable hanging down in my drive way hard to get in and out without ripping line down, fiber cable is also touching ground in front yard. Help!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't believe Google does not have field workers . Very disappointment in service

Have you contacted Google fiber directly? I had an exposed fiber line and they sent someone out to re-bury it the same day.
