Thanks for the tip. But it's more than having to lug yet "another" bad box back to a different State over & over. It's about a dangerous devises they take back, with a smile on their face and hand the same devise back to you, that's been checked over how many times? No options available, Sad.

Run it down to Google Fiber, they'll test it and exchan you out for a new one.

I would unplug it. Let it cool down and then take the box in to your nearest Google Fiber store
