I don't think the National Park Service clears vegitation unless it's a threat to safety... You would have to contact the park rangers to find out.

I knew the plant as Dollar weed. It is beautiful in floral arrangements, but is becoming rare due to over harvesting. I don't believe you're supposed to take anything out of a National Park. Be careful, please.
