Is the beach currently acceptable non residents??

A little bit wrong, all beaches in small towns only Friday , Saturday and Sunday all day residents only. Monday to Thursday they open for public after 6pm. but of cause no guards on duty

No, you have to show proof of residence and they give you a Resident tag then to use every time

After 6 there is no one manning the beach so you can go.

Or go with a resident who has sticker on their car, or walking passes.
