If you go to the edges of the beach, outside of the areas that the are designated for swimming. I have seen other people have their dogs in those areas
I take my dog there all the time. Just can't take them into the area where they swim

There are no signs that I have seen that say no dogs at the beach or that they can only be on the beach if there are no people. Definitely bring poop bags and prepare to carry it for awhile. Trash cans are far apart. Great dog park. I would bring your own water and bowl. Path is also great to walk the dogs....you may already know that 😊
City park has a "dog park" quite often people leave gallon bottles filled with water for other and people share as do dogs. 🐕
Yes. Bring dog poop bags, the park dispensers are often empty.
