Yes you can, but it's more like they interact with you then them. It was a highlight of our travels in Portland. Highly recommend

Yes. You can interact with the wolves and pet them through the fence, but only if the wolves come up to you. They will not make the wolves do anything they don't want to do. Some of the wolves are very wary of humans, but there are also a few that are curious and social that will come up to the fence for attention.
