Anyone else experience a filthy interior? We stopped by at 10 pm. On a Tuesday night...beautiful building but filthy, customers only...trash on floor, dirty napkins, tissues, straws, food...tables dirty, pleasant waitress but unwilling

For the Novi ihop place I have never experienced this and it was usually clean. And I been there like once every month. This is just my experience. Hope they improve.

I had similar experience in Urbana Illinois IHOP, add little cockroaches. The plusace got shut eventually. Here on GD river Ave we mostly went for breakfast. Didn't notice much filth. Or perhaps didn't want try to notice because didn't want to ruin our Sunday brunch with kids. Also that thing u mentioned about waitresses, they have this bell in there area that rings every time customers come in. It posses them off. They should remove that. Indicates corporate greed.
