Very slow service, probably because they were short staffed, waited over an hour to get our order. We were moved around to 3 different tables. Waitress was apologetic for the delay. Wings were dry.

Some of the worst food and service I’ve ever received. Arrived to pickup an online order only to be ignored by the waitress at the front register for 3 minutes while she input receipts, acted like she didn’t notice I was standing in front of her. Fine, whatever, it’s busy. We ordered 5 things, she brings ONE. I tell her “there’s no drinks” so we get those. Then I look through the bag and only the appetizer is there. No entrees. Again, It’s busy so I try to be understanding so we get the correct order and take it home. 10 minutes later I open the box of food to find the wrong flavored wings (ordered spicy garlic, got buffalo) and the coldest, stalest fries that were legit made hours ago. I call and after waiting for 5 minutes, the manager tells me she made the food personally and implies I’m lying about the quality of the food to get a refund. I never call or complain about food but this was next level terrible. I received no apology or refund from the manager. I’m literally calling my bank to dispute the charges. THAT is how bad this food was.

Our server was Kaleah was very kind and attentive. Our wait for the food was a little long but she informed us that they were short on staff in the kitchen which is understandable. Even though we had a long wait the food was worth it. My dad ordered a chicken sandwich and it was great and so were my mild wings :) My son loved his hamburger and we will be back again :)
