I've never ordered from there over the phone but one night we were sat down to eat and then no waiter ever came to serve us for almost an hour so we left
IHOP hours are not accurate. They claim to be 24 hours but they were closed!
Tried to go 3 times ..morning once ..evening twice ,closed every time ,but they say 24 hours!!?!
Ordered by phone all the time and never had issues. It was ready by the time i got there. Rarely eat there, so dont know.
Yea the service there is terrible everytime i go there they take forever to come take your order. And SOOOO COLD make u not want to dine there
Well I had ordered from here before through phone atleast thrice. Never had a problem
Terrible customer service, they never answer their phone. When I'm dining it all the employees are in the back on their phones. And they wonder why I give them a 5 cent tip.
I need to get some of those hashbrowns!
