Sonoma Coast State Park has two campgrounds, Bodega Dunes and Wright's beach. You can put an rv or tent in most sites, and there are no cabins at either location. There are cabins available just north of the Bodega Dunes campground at Chanslor Ranch, which is not affiliated with State Parks.
On the Sonoma Coast my favorite for camping ⛺ is Bodega Dunes, which is at the north end of Bodega Bay. 💚
The are a some nice campgrounds along the coast in Sonoma and Mendocino counties, but they are widely spaced out. No places to just camp on your own. Two of my favorites are Bodega Dunes campground at the north end of Bodega Bay town, and Gerstle (part of Salt Point State Park) much further north. Doran Park in Bodega Bay is big but quite exposed to wind and neighboring campers.
Camp sites are available for $38 A day. They are near the beach but not on it.
I always stay in a tent. State parks and the two Sonoma county parks have flush toilets and coin showers. Kind of rigorous this time of year. ..wind n rain.
RVs or tents.
I guess nobody heard, All the RV and Tents burned. And no more campgrounds or water outlets. It's so sad, people just destroy our open spaces, leaving a trail of damage.
Yes they do
Over at Doran beach there are some camping sites tent or trailer😉right near the coast guard station
There is camp sites with both tent, trailer and cabins..all along the coast up through Marshall.
