Wow…what’s a disappointment to say the least. Ordered the seafood sampler special $65.00. What I’ve got was a 4 super tiny oysters, about 2 ounces of lobster, 5 tiny mussels that was trash, 3 shrimps, about a quarter of a crab, and some squid. Diner for two came out to 150.00 with tip but was charged $151.00 after got home. Watch your bill as this place is sneaky. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.

My husband I decided to have dinner here on a spontaneous day trip to Bodega Bay. It didn't take long to get seated on a Saturday afternoon. Service was friendly and attentive. We ordered the seafood sampler for appetizer and all the seafood tasted so fresh. Drinks from the bar were delicious and quick. After finishing at our table, we headed over to the dessert counter and took a few items to go. Their royal cookie is scrumptious.

Looking for a high class meal with a view? This is it! The Tides is known for its seafood and it delivered. Got the hot crab sandwich and it was loaded with meat. This is where the classic scenes from the movie The Birds was filmed. Lots of memorabilia on the wall. The building even has a fish market and gift shop in it. This is a must stop when visiting Bodega Bay.
