This location calls me one hour before I am to pick up a rental car for a long trip and says, "just wanted to let you know, we don't have a car for you." Huh??? Who does that? Enterprise does! That's who! And apparently they have done it a lot!!! A girl named Dominique was the one who called me and had absolutely no manners and not apologetic. Apparently, Enterprise can't find employees like they can't find cars, or she wouldn't be there working. I have had to escalate my complaint up to corporate. ***Follow up...it's now September, haven't heard a peep from Enterprise about a "resolution". Again, do not do business with them.

Filed a complaint in April with still no resolution. Everyone at this location should lose their job. Don’t bother booking a car, there is a good chance they won’t have one available when you go to pick up your reserved car.

Have called 3 times! Takes over 7 minutes only to get hung-up on!!!! What happened to calling and speaking to an actual person. You can do much better than this. Very disappointing....

Credit card driver's license and you don't need insurance but you could buy insurance from them for about $20 a day. It's probably better to use your own insurance. I've been doing business with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for a number of years and I find that is superior to the others in the available in the area
I would suggest calling the store location you would be renting from and ask them about the rates.
