We stayed at natural tunnel state park . Beautiful and peaceful and only about 30 mins to the devils bathtub
You can also stay in Norton, it's about a 35 minute ride over the mountain, part of the road is gravel part paved. More suitable for a suv or truck.
We just went last week and stayed at a Cabin called Beef Hollar Lodge. It's in Castlewood, 30 min away from the Devil's Bathtub. We booked it on VRBO.
