Our 2nd time visiting Apple hill farm. Always a joy and pleasure to hear the stories and yes and see the animals and visit with the staff. It is a beautiful place, comma very educational and informative. Can't wait to go back.

Very, very nice place to visit. Staff was friendly, and animals looked well cared for. We toured the farm, and got to pt the animals. Lamas, alpacas, donkeys, goats and cows. They said they wouldn't force the animals to let us pet them, but they all came, so maybe we were lucky. We also fed the goats and cows. The view of the valley was awesome. They had a little scenic viewing are. My daughter loved it. They had a nice gift shop as well.

Rained during our tour but large umbrellas were provided and we had a great time! Such a beautiful farm and you can tell the animals are very much loved and well taken care of. Beautiful scenery. Was nice to be able to buy some alpaca wool items in the gift shop. Thanks for a memorable time! Even the ride up to the farm was beautiful, through the winding mountain.

Questions & Answers

My question is why you charge $3 for infant about 2 months old? Everything is fine except that. two months old can’t see nothing yet. That’s the only thing i don’t understand

We offer a tour specially designed for little ones, so we decided to charge for all infants to keep things simple. We do also "count" them as a ticket in the headcount for group sizes. So even though your infant may be little and unable to walk, they are still counted towards the total number of people in the group. To deliver the best experience, we don't take groups larger than 12 out.

How much do you charge to get in.

Its best to call and talk to them directly. Yes, they do depending on the season and day of the week. We were able to get our entire group on a tour for one low price because of the day.

Apple Hill Farm is NOT pet friendly. Your pet will need to stay at home or in your vehicle. You may not remove your pet from your car for any reason. This is for the safety of both your pet and the farm animals. More information is available on the farm's FAQ page.

The tour is usually about 45 to 60 minutes. We also have our farm store that you can shop in after the tour. Most people are here about an hour and a half with shopping.
