DONT RENT FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!! I had an accident with a piece of their equipment, I called told them the truth about what happened. They were so good to me (didn't charge me for every scratch only the damage I caused fixed and returned machine so I could finish my project). An experience I thought would keep me from renting anything ever again taught me I will never rent from anyone else!

Have rented here several times. Only complaint is that they do not check their messages on the weekend. So, if you get a piece of equipment and it breaks on Saturday morning, you will not hear from them until Monday morning.
