I called to have a few questions answered because we have never been there before. A gentleman answered and I went on with I just have a few questions. He said ok. Not in a friendly way at all.. I asked if he was having a bad day.. he got so rude with me he hung up.. HE Called me back and told me to kiss his a** I tried to let him know that I just wanted to see if maybe i should call back later. His customer service was not very friendly and he hung up on me again! I would love to speak to the owner. The reviews are top notch for this place and I would hate to have 1 bad employee ruin every. PM me please I will happily love to fix this. 🤯🥺

I have not been able to get in touch with anyone. I have called several times with no call back and voicemail box is full. I will try somewhere else that would be happy to take my call. Don't bother calling - waste of time.

This is a quiet family run stables. We had a really nice hour long trail ride. The folks are diligent in asking about your riding ability. We are mostly novices so if you're more experienced you should inquire what they have for you. Enjoyable and affordable Oh and while investigating our adventure GF Mountain stables repeatedly cut off my calls while Banner Elk actually returned an attempted call I had ended to check on something.
