I highly recommend renting this out for whatever event you are hosting. We rented it for our daughter's baby shower and it was perfect! The inside is spacious and has a kitchen with fridge and sinks, also plenty of counter space with a small passthrough window. There is no stove because they don't have a permit for cooking so we brought the food in ourselves. They have a stage and equipment (extra fee for equipment) available as well. There is stacks of tables/chairs 8' and 6' as well as some round pub style tables. There is 2 entrances front and back, the back is wheelchair accessible and has the handicapped parking right by the back door and ramp. The owners were very kind and accommodating, it was such a pleasure interacting with them both. They made the whole rental process extremely easy and painless. Parking is decent but could be better, and unfortunately there was a last minute event planned for downtime Dunedin that particular day and the main road in was closed! It was a mess and ppl couldn't find us or get through. Luckily the entrance to the back of the venue was open and we could redirect the ones that still tried to get there. Other than that it was amazing!! So my advice, check with the city to make sure there aren't any events planned for the sane day as yours! Other than that, I highly recommend renting this venue you won't be disappointed! Peace and love to all ❤️🙏 enjoy!!
