Duck on a leash.....sure.
Heck bring all your ducks. You can take a pic with them all lined up and then you will always have the good ol' memory of having all your ducks in a row. Thats what I would do atleast.

I don't think they're specifically prohibited. If you walk this thing on a leash, it might have trouble with the terrain. If it flies over you, then you might have trouble keeping up.
