Can anyone tell me about the driving conditions getting to the hike? For example, do you need 4 wheel drive or can my little P.T. Cruiser make it?

You will drag bottom getting to and from the actual parking lot. High clearance vehicle is recommended.

I've taken my sedan up in there several times. If it's dry you can ride the ruts, if wet just park before the incline and it's a short walk. Have fun 😁

You can park along the road before you get to the parking lot it's about a 400-yard walk

Right before the parking lot if there's space you can park on the side of the road if you don't feel safe. It depends on the conditions of the parking lot sometimes it's flat sometimes is a little rough.
