Yes they will put a hold above the general room charge in your card. Usually it is $100 although this time it seems like the hold only $50 above the total due.
Yes it is refunded or adjusted, but as said by others parking tag is required.
No deposit but definitely need to have a tag for car due to limited parking but it is in walking distance to a lot of places and you wouldn't have to pay for parking

I had to give them my card. I think they put a hold of like a dollar just to make shore it's a active card. Just in case there's damage or you smoke in the room they have a card on file so they can charge the card.
