Yes...we stayed there for 4 days... And had no trouble we even went out at night for a little walk
Yes, if you are uncomfortable the van will take you. Sometimes when the weather is bad I'll tip the driver $5 or if going to the liquor store buy a bottle of nice champagne they can give to their wife or use as a gift. Trust me, they WILL remember you.
Seems alright, more of a business/industrial area. Im not sure if I would have ventured out at night
