The employees should be able to help you find a manager, but I know there's a spot in the back of the As-Is section at the half door and you're sure to find an employee in there that can help.
Forget trying to call them. There are no local numbers. Spent close to 50 minds on hold this past Sunday and almost an hour last night. In the end, we were led to that the redelivery oof or did would be today. Now it might be Saturday or Sunday. Their customer service is below the"this sucks" level Love the furniture, hate the &$&+"+ process

Good luck! Unfortunately customer service is not their Forte. Just for info there is a place off of Jimmy Carter called American Freight. All American made similar types of furniture. I personally have not been there but I have friends that speak highly of this other place.

My husband went there the girl behind the counter for the click and go pickup line was so backed up with a line of people was not able to find my order???? Wanted to make a new order form???? All I want is what I ordered.......Not to mention he had to leave WITHOUT OUR STUFF because she was talking forever and he was to be at a job at 2. This is NOT ok. I'm a customer and I live an hour away but will I be Accommodated in any kind of way???? I bet not. Poor customer service.
