If I could give Bassett a negative star I would. I spent $13,000 on a leather sofa in 2018. By 2019 the seams had started tearing. I purchased leather for its durability and the sales persons promises. A tech was sent out in 2019 and said I was one year out of the 1 year warranty, and they couldn't fix it to the same standard as I bought it, but could fix it. I would have to pay $450 to have it repaired. When the sofa was purchased the sales agent said that this sofa would be covered by whatever happened to it. My kids, dogs etc could tear it and they would fix it. Leather is durable and this type of leather is the top of the line, they said. I called back again today (2+ years later) to try and start the process again. I was told that not even my 5 year extended warranty would not cover the repairs that I would still have to pay for the tears. Why in the world would I spend 13k on a leather sofa if I did not have the confidence of the salesperson statement that anything and everything would be covered? I wouldn't! I would have purchased a disposable couch from Rooms To Go! It would have been a better investment. Do NOT buy from Bassett Furniture!

Sinclair Logistics was awesome!! They came out quickly, very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them again. Bassett should only use them.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
