Update: After writing this review. Some random person, maybe a higher up in customer service contact me to send the replacement rails for this bed. So 2 stars instead of 1 for somewhat making it right but only after they are outed on the internet for the horrible customer service experience. Original: If I can give a 0 star review I would. Please stay away from this place or any “The Dump” furniture location. This is a true story and nothing was made up. I bought a Denver Brown King size bed frame in Illinois in anticipation for the move to Florida. I pick up the frame uninstalled and have it shipped to Florida. Once I arrived at Florida I put the bed frame together according to instruction. I’m good with DIY and have all the necessary tools required to put it together. Everything was great, until 2 weeks later when the LEFT Rail of a brand new bed split in half causing me to fall out of bed. I’m approximately 180lbs. No big deal right? Because a reasonable person would expect the company they bought the product from to make it right and replace a manufacturer defect. Get ready for the good part of “customer service” from a joke of a company: Monday- attempted to contact The Dump customer care. Only available option was through text. They got back to me through text after 2-3 hrs. Long time but not too bad. They arranged a furniture repair tech to come out to attempt to fix it. Wednesday- repair tech come out, Took one look at the side rail and said “It’s unfixable, definitely a manufacturer defect” He express that he will make a report and have the side rail replace. Fast forward Saturday- The Dump customer person call and said it’s not a manufacturer defect according to the tech report. Plus we bought it in IL but assembled it in Florida so it’s not a manufacturer defect. What kind of logic is that? The manufacturer defect magically turn off if you get out of the states that the Dump have storefronts in? Lol So their solution was for us to disassemble the big King size bed frame and drive 7 hours to Atlanta Georgia to exchange for a new set. Lmao or take $40 refund for the broken left side rail since the side rails cost $80 apparently 😂. NOW we paid $800 for a useless King size bed frame. Thanks to the Dump. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE THAT ACTUALLY WILL HELP MAKE IT RIGHT IF YOUR BRAND NEW FURNITURE BREAK.

Good prices!

Great place to buy rugs and recliners, everything else I get at ikea or Amazon. Seriously great rugs tho. Huge ones for only $199! And you can touch them to see if they work where you want.

Ireti was very helpful and patient with helping us on the choice of pillows . He’s the best .

Usually since they're only open Fri-Sun
The warranty is a waste of money. It's a 3rd party company, and they don't honor anything.
Sorry we did not ask, paid with cc. We loved the quality and selection. You probably can can in and ask.
They deliver to Dalton Georgia so I would assume they would be able to deliver to Newnan Georgia.
They had some nice ones that were on sale and very comfortable
Yes
Yes
There are a few in the back right hand corner of the store. Most things are sold in a set though.
Better quality Furniture for Less Price we always been able to get a very good deal on all furniture that we have gotten from them
I was quoted 70.00 for delivery of a couch by the salesman then quoted 79.00 by the sales manager with no word of when. The boarderline rude sales manager would not come off the 9.00 difference and scolded the salesman openly. How cheap and unprofessional . The salesman apologized for the mistake.
Friday and Saturday opens from 10am-9pm. Sunday opened from 11am-7pm
No.
I purchased a sofa. They would take my old one so I doubt it!
Yes they do.
The customer service behaviour I have seen so far does not give me hope. They will convince you to buy new leather couch Good luck
Friday Saturday, Sunday
Yes. Flat fee starts at $150. If its just a recliner you can save money by walking across the street to Home Depot and rent a van to move it yourself.
You'd have to call or go in. These questions are answered by normal people, not employees or the business. :)
All kinds of mirrors.
Yes, they do; however, nobody that works at The Dump would ever answer these questions. This forum is for consumers who have been to the store.
It depends what a cousionsi is.
They'll probably delivery just about anywhere... For a price.
Not open today. Store has great staff
They deliver pretty far out. I am 56 miles from them and they were willing to deliver to me.
Price varies based on thickness, material, size, and brand. There is a special going on now! I work security in CPU and I have seen very nice rugs being sold for $50-$250 within the past two weeks.
Please call the store for more info on delivery options, as well as "bunjee" options.
They offer 90 days same as cash credit. You have to be approved by them though.
That would be a question to ask a sales rep.
They do have delivery options. From their website: Do you offer delivery services? The Dump is pleased to make delivery services available to its customers. To keep our costs low, we offer delivery through third-party delivery companies. Email and text confirmation of delivery date/time are sent via the delivery company. Customers are not obligated to use the delivery services provided by The Dump and may secure delivery via another company (Deliveries that customers arrange through such other companies will be treated as a customer pickup.). https://www.thedump.com/frequently-asked-questions
I did pay a delivery fee, dont remember how much for 2 loveseats and a recliner. It was subcontracted out and we had to be available for a window of 4 hours.
You should call them.
If they do it's limited
No just the one in the Atlanta area.
They do have an in house financing available. Not sure how stringent their approval policy is.
For The Dump, or for the carrier of the Postal Service?
A bit too much!
They will be open today but who knows if they'll be super busy or not
They usually have what you are looking for.
Youre going to have to go there yourself as it changes daily.
So sorry I'm not sure. You just posted a question to the Google guide community. I suggest conacting the company on their website "contact us" page to get an accurate answer.
You will not get a brand name mattress for a cheap price. Just a week ago, I paid $700 for a off brand mattress. It is a king, yet I can lift it with one hand. You'll pay normal retail prices for a good mattress.
They have mattresses, but I would not go expecting to save any money. They are no less expensive than anywhere else.
It's not exactly what I expected on television you see one thing but when you get there it's another most of the furnishings and so forth at the dump are very expensive
No
How did you get my name I'm just a customer like you
