We called Fun in the Sun to fixed a leak in the lower roof for my pool heating solar system. They gave me an appointment for 3 weeks after I called. Then they called and cancelled the appointment. They gave me a day and then the tech called me the day before. I did not hear the phone because I turned it off during class time. He never knocked at the door. My husband was home and my daughter as well. He just gave me an estimate saying that everything did not meet current codes. He left two estimates. One to replace the PVC and another one to replace the whole system. the notes that the tech wrote did not make any sense which it was obvious that he did not even got on the roof. Fun in the Sun advertise for free estimate but they still charged me $129.00 for an estimate. I had another company come over. Called them on a Monday and they were here on Wednesday. There was only one leak and the whole system is fine. The tech with this Solar company fixed the leak with no problem and only charge me for the labor fee. Fun in the Sun brags about being a family company but I don't thing they have families in their best interest. I want my money back!! Beware!!

My experience with Fun in the Sun Solar was the best. Everybody that showed up from Fun in the Sun Solar was knowledgeable and friendly (even the owner of the company Mike) From the first visit showing knowledge and compassion toward our situation to the install. They said when they were gonna do it and they did exactly what they were gonna do. I love the accessibility to control the water in my pool year around. The communication and the time to install was phenomenal. The price was perfect right on our budget. Definitely a 5 start company Thank you.
