What a wonderful experience yesterday with Bob Nelson of Mission Motif. He went over all expectations to help us even though we are not customers! We will be in the future! We have a Stressless Recliner that is just past the 10year guarantee that had a serious issue as the arm was coming off. Bob with great difficulty was able to get the arm back in place and back in the steel bolt that holds the arm in place. The chair is not usable without this fix. While the manufacturer’s guarantee would not cover the cost of this fix Bob completed the repair free. This speaks highly of Mission Motif who cares about its customers first! Thanks to Bob and Mission Motif who now will have a new life long customer. Pat & Jack
